Join us on Wednesday 20th July for a hidden talent ‘action tank’ (more than just thinking) and hear from Andrea Jones about O2’s returnship programme and Jessica Brookes, Head of Inclusion & Diversity, and Els Hol-Ferman, Talent Acquisition Director, on what Avanade are doing to fuel the careers of women in technology.
In the second half of the morning we’ll grapple with five questions in small groups with a view to finding some answers to how better to ‘mine’ hidden talent.
The session is for senior Resourcing and Inclusion & Diversity practitioners and there are 35 places available. Participants confirmed from organisations including Dell, Towers Watson, Bracewell (UK) LLP, the CIPD, Cap Gemini, EY and KPMG.
