HOW WE HELP PEOPLE COMING BACK TO WORK
Returning to work after a prolonged absence can feel like a daunting challenge. You may feel lacking in confidence and out of the loop, and you may have new demands on your time too, like a new baby or a relative to care for. Whatever your challenges, we have the support and expertise to make your return work for you…
WHO CAN WE HELP?
We’re here for anyone coming back to their job after an extended leave of absence, whatever the reason – maternity or paternity, adoption, sickness, bereavement, a sabbatical…
HOW CAN WE SUPPORT YOU?
To help you get into the right back-to-work mindset and facilitate a smooth transition, we offer both 1:1 coaching and group workshops. This type of specialist coaching is very different from that offered by a line manager or mentor, but can often be made available through your employer.
Facilitated by a specialist in this area, your sessions will provide you with a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where you can work through your concerns, rebuild confidence and remember your strengths. We’ll help you identify the blockers and issues that could be holding you back, and work with you to develop a practical action plan for a truly satisfying and successful return to work.
